What to expect when training virtually:

To begin,

  • FILL OUT THE APPLICATION WITH EXERCISE HISTORY AND AVAILABILITY

  • SCHEDULE AN INITIAL SESSION TO DETERMINE FITNESS LEVEL

  • WEEKLY ZOOM CHECK-INS AND INDEPENDENT WORKOUTS*

*ADDITIONAL ZOOM SESSIONS AND TRAINING DAYS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Virtual Training

 

$50/per

30 minute session

Pricing starting at $50/week for a 30 minute zoom session and take home workout.

60 minute session

Pricing starting at $80/week for a 60 minute zoom session and take home workout.

What to expect when training IN-Person:

Similar to a virtual session, you will begin by filling out a questionnaire including your exercise experience, history of injuries, goals, and availability. We will discuss meeting details and mutual availability for our in person training sessions in Alexandria, VA, and then begin your fitness journey!

In person Training

$85/PER

30 minute session

For a 30 minute session, including travel and equipment.

 

$150/PER

60 minute session

For a 60 minute session, including travel and equipment.

 

Session x 1.5/PER

Add a partner

If doing two-on-one personal training, get a discounted rate of 1.5x the cost of a normal session for two.

Get support between sessions.

All personal training clients will receive support from myself between sessions. DON’T HOLD BACK ANY QUESTIONS.
