Hi! My name is Katie and I am the dedicated trainer of Katie Tecza Fitness LLC.

 

MY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

Throughout my life, I have done several sports such as dance, soccer, volleyball, and archery which led me to enjoy being active. I have done resistance training, calisthenic based training, plyometric based training, circuit training, various Les Mills classes, spinning classes, yoga, recreational running, canicross, and races.

Gaining personal and professional experience in a wide variety of areas allows me to take your specific body into consideration, and not attempt to fit you into a box when a variety of different exercises might benefit you and your fitness aspirations.


I AM AN INSURED CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER (CPT)

I received my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with the mindset of helping others. Prior to becoming a CPT, I received my Bachelor' of Science in Exercise Science from Rutgers University.

I also have have TRX Qualification, Heartsaver CPR AED Certification and Boxing and Barbells Certified Level1 Trainer, in addition to having 2 years experience at a physical therapy Clinic in NJ.
